From a young age, Chef Ghate has always strived to be the best, most creative version of himself. After decades of hospitality experience and chef-training, Chef Ghate has worked his way through communities across the world to bring to you the most creative and freshest dishes – proudly presented on the Ember & Vine menu.

Valuing patience and dedication to sustainably sourced ingredients, he has worked in kitchens across the world and honed his expertise to produce dishes that not only burst with flavour from locally-sourced ingredients, but bring joy to their guests.
